The Process of Powder Coating Line:

1. Surface Preparation:	The first step involves preparing the surface of the aluminum profiles to ensure proper adhesion of the powder coating. This critical stage includes cleaning, degreasing, and removing any contaminants from the surfaces, setting the foundation for subsequent treatments.
2. Pre-Treatment:	Following surface preparation, the aluminum profiles undergo a pre-treatment process to enhance both coating adhesion and corrosion resistance.
